PURCHASE PROCEDURE

At the time of booking the customer must pay 50% of the total amount. The other 50% will be paid at the hotel reception upon check-out.

CAN BUCH is not aware of your credit card details. All our payment systems are completely secure.

Payment of 50% of the amount of the reservation is prior to the provision of the service, so CAN BUCH will not provide the requested service until you have received payment for it. CAN BUCH reserves the right to temporarily or permanently cancel the services provided, in the event of any incident regarding the collection of these.

INVOICES
CAN BUCH will give the CUSTOMER the invoice at the time of check out and once paid the remaining 50%. If the CUSTOMER wishes, he can request the Invoice for his purchase in PDF format and / or its sending by e-mail by contacting us at info@canbuch.com.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for confirming receipt of notifications and for notifying us of any changes to their data, CAN BUCH being exempt from any liability arising from this circumstance.

WARRANTY

RETURNS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
