We left the city seeking to learn about nature and all the processes that empower us to make our own food. Healthy, high-quality food, respecting the product and its processes.
We wanted to close the circle and share everything nature gives us with the love with which we care for it.
Escampar la Boira is all of this for us.
These are the products we have learned to produce while living in nature, gifts from our farm to share with you all: extra virgin olive oil, ratafía, fruit jams, gluten-free bread, eggs from our hens and geese, craft beers, and all the vegetables and fruits our fields provide us.
