CAN BUCH`S RESTAURANT

We have already spoken on numerous occasions about how well we can eat in La Garrotxa, where we will find numerous restaurants that offer a local cuisine of the area. But undoubtedly if we talk about where to eat in La Garrotxa we have to talk about the cuisine of Can Buch.

Let's delve a little bit about our catering services:

Breakfast: to start the day to the fullest, we offer a full breakfast with organic and seasonal products. Do not miss our gourmet buffet with sweet and savory products, coffees, teas and infusions. In addition to a variety of natural juices and other succulent dishes to order at the moment.

Lunch menu: we present it in baskets so that our guests can enjoy it in any place they want, from the pool or garden area. Or in case of taking it outside, it can be presented in a takeaway format. Products such as local sausages, pies, cannelloni or croquettes will make us enjoy an excellent local gastronomy in any place.

Dinner menu: we give you examples of our menu that will undoubtedly make you open your mouth. From a white garlic with diced grapes and sardines, to our homemade gnocchis or a succulent cauliflower cream as starters. As seconds we offer boneless lamb in potato nest, cod with fish velouté or a delicious veal cheek with sweet potato puree and juniper. 

And we will finish the menu with a vegan carrot cake with cashew and lemon cream or a lavender ice cream from our garden among others.

And we do not forget the little ones with a menu adapted to them. Dishes such as chicken croquettes, macaroni with sofrito or a 100% beef burger will make the dishes come back to the kitchen empty.

What we seek, is to transmit our philosophy also to the kitchen being very integral in the way of thinking and taking it to all areas of can Buch.
